It is Lida's mission to alleviate suffering in this world. She is a spiritual teacher, channel, and healer. The clarity and love that can be achieved through the modalities that Lida offers results in an opening of the heart and a stillness of the mind.

Lida met her spiritual teacher, Derek O'Neill (www.sq-worldwide.com) in Phoenix, AZ in 2004. Working with Derek has opened her heart. She has been initiated into the healing modalities brought to the planet through Derek. She is a Rising Star teacher and practitioner, and a Prema Birthing practitioner. In addition, Lida channels messages from The One (described to her as the source, the one divine consciousness). All are healing modalities that are meant to release the individual soul of worldly attachments on physical, emotional and spiritual levels.

Lida has traveled to Ireland and studied these techniques extensively with Derek O'Neill. In addition to Ireland, Lida has been to Machu Picchu in Peru, Stonehenge and Avebury in England, and to Puttaparthi, India to visit Sathya Sai Baba. She brings the energy and love gathered from these sacred sites and from these spiritual teachers to each of her group classes and individual sessions. She has a kind and gentle approach to life and believes that fun and laughter should be part of everyday. Lida makes her home in Phoenix, Arizona. Her healing practice is dedicated to you.
